The Bridesmaid Resource. Help for a Damsel in this dress!

Established in 2010, was the first site of its kind.  Finally, a site created to help real people with the honorable – but sometimes exhausting – duty of being in a wedding. Bridesmaiding is not traditional. It is a resource for independently-minded wedding party members who need help, inspiration, and laughs. Part advice column and part hilarious and heartfelt anecdotes, Bridesmaiding is the ultimate go-to for today’s bridesmaid or groomsman.

About the Founder:

After being in many weddings over the years – as a bridesmaid, singer, and even a groomsman, creator Rachel Rosenthal decided it was time to share her knowledge and (often hilarious) experiences with the world!  The few bridesmaid resources that were out there seemed to be for the high maintenance lady and proved completely unhelpful when trying to plan for her laid-back and down-to-earth girlfriends. Real women are bridesmsaids too!  She founded Bridesmaiding as a resource for independently minded wedding party members who need money saving tips, planning inspiration, gift ideas, or just a good laugh.

Rachel is also a full time comedian and improv instructor.  Rachel lives in New York City where she performs weekly and tours all around the country with her freestyle rapping improv team, North Coast.
